Were should I stay?

  • We recommend staying at a hotel downtown within a few blocks of the Chicago Center so you can easily get to/from the conference throughout the week. We created a list of recommended hotels here.

How do I sign up to run a workshop?

We're thrilled you're interested in hosting a workshop at Event Full. Unfortunately we're full this year. That said, we have plenty of openings for next year. Sign up here.

Is my ticket refundable?

All tickets are 100% refundable within 30 days of the event. If you'd like to get a refund for your ticket(s) within 30 days of the event, we may have individuals on a ticket waiting list, so feel free to reach out. To request a refund, please contact our support team.

How much does it cost?

If you choose to go Pro, your payment of $20 gets you the app download and lifetime access to the community plus a 1:1 onboarding session with a trainer. You may have the opportunity to upgrade as we release new versions of the app, but you don't have to pay anything more if you don't want to.  

How do I know it's for me?

Do you love to ride your bike? Then it's for you. We've seen members start off riding as little as 5 miles per week and work their way up to 50-mile day trips within a few months.  

Does it matter if I'm new to cycling?

Nope! If you're just getting started, we think this is the best way to start logging more miles safely and comfortably. You'll learn a ton about cycling best practices, terminology, and even repairs in our forums.

How much do I have to participate?

It's totally up to you. We think you'll have more fun if you complete your profile and contribute to the forums, but you can also use the platform as a more straightforward fitness app if you'd like.  

When can I get started?

Right away! As of May 2017, the app is out of beta and our community is growing by dozens of members each week. In fact, we'd recommend joining as soon as possible—we won't be able to maintain the low introductory price forever.  

Does my location matter?

Anyone can use the app and join the community. That said, the Find My Ride feature is currently available only for Canada and the U.S. We hope to expand to other countries soon.  

What kind of challenges can I compete in?

You'll start by choosing the kinds of rides you like to do (road, gravel, or mountain). Then, we'll show you individual and group challenges based on your preferences. You can always adjust your profile settings later.  

What kind of prizes can I earn?

We're adding new prizes almost every month as we partner with more sponsors. Expect to find chances to win gear, gift certificates, and even trips to bike-friendly locales.

If you’re new to yoga, or you’re out of practice, this bootcamp is designed specifically for you. Learn the fundamentals of yoga with detailed explanations of poses and develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement.


8 weeks, $150

This vinyasa-focused bootcamp is recommended for those who have a good foundation and understanding of how to link breath with movement. Classes include more challenging poses and advanced asanas.


8 weeks, $175

Are you ready to get out of your head and into your body? This bootcamp includes strength drills for inversions, core-challenging moves, and advanced vinyasa routines. No muscle will be left behind.
